So, this article I'm referring to, which came in an attachment to an email, tells the reader (any heterosexual woman) that she knows where to go for the lowdown on how her own equipment functions (go to girlfriends, Cosmo, or the ob-gyn doc), but what to do about knowledge about her man's "thingie" down there?

Well, they are happy to report that they've got all the answers.
There are many types of penomet pump on the market but they all work in the same way. They consist of a chamber that fits over the penis, a length of tube and a pump. The pump may be a bulbous type, trigger handle or a plunger. Most pumps also come with a quick release valve that lets the air out quickly so that the penis can be removed and a ring put in place around the base of the shaft.

I don't know about you, but I'm one to avoid surgery at all costs, especially when it involves cutting open your penis! I think you can relate to me here.
Then there are of course, penis pumps. The intended use of a penis pump is once again to help a guy achieve an erection. The penis is placed into a tube and the pumping action causes a vacuum inside the tube. This in turn will force large quantities of blood in to the penis.
This is not only great for getting an erection, it will actually make your penis look bigger. However, once again this is not permanent.
Getting a strong erection requires good blood flow to the penis adequate nitric oxide production and optimum testosterone levels in your body. One of the best ways to ensure strong erections is with the help of herbal or natural pills that are a blend of many herbs and other nutrients.
Whether it is erectile early dysfunction or harder erection in both the cases a man can not experience sex properly. Many synthetic as well as herbal pills are available in the market to relax harder erection increase desire and better health but even then the natural libido enhancers are the best and trustworthy.

Yes, they actually work! Besides surgery, natural exercises are the only method of bathmate that is actually backed by sound science. It is all in the traction that I mentioned earlier. Using your hands instead of a traction device like a penis extender (most of which cost hundreds of dollars) is much safer and gives you more precise control over the areas of the shaft where you want to apply it.
